Wade.
“I’ve been told that it’s a very difficult question to know who exactly is a woman, but Kamala seems very sure of herself that she’s a woman, so clearly she’s a biologist,” Lowe told Mornings with Maria Tuesday. “Let’s not forget that in the years after the Supreme Court originally decided Roe v. Wade, pregnancy discrimination was still legal under federal law. Banks still had the power to deny unmarried women credit cards or lines of creditor loans. So, this notion that we’ve somehow gone to a pre-Roe era is just categorically false.”

Lowe noted that the Democrats have little to run on as the midterm elections approach.
“They have to hold on to the idea that we are going back to The Handmaid’s Tale because they have no other electoral winner,” she said.
Fox Business host Dagen McDowell asked Lowe about Harris’s claim that she and Biden will be on the 2024 Democratic presidential ticket.

“Right now, at this point, I think she is saying that as much to assure Biden that she’s not just going to try and knife him in two years from now,” Lowe said. “But look, let’s just look at the reality. We’re looking at the president, who at the end of his second term would be, you know, well into his 80s, and Kamala — has she solved any of these issues?”
Lowe also noted the southern border crisis and said the Democrats would be unable to codify Roe after they failed to do so while former President Barack Obama was in office with a Democratic majority in both houses of Congress.
“They’re going to continue to be very mad,” she said. “And worst of all is, I think that, you and I both agree, is the gas issue. Gas prices have doubled since Biden got into office. They’ve done nothing to change it.”

Lowe said the Democrats are ripe for a major defeat come November.
