Netanyahu speaks on Hezbollah leader’s death: ‘If someone rises up to kill you, kill him first’

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke for the first time on Saturday after Israel‘s assassination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah.

Speaking from Tel Aviv, Netanyahu began his remarks addressing the assassination of Nasrallah by saying, “If someone rises up to kill you, kill him first.” He also said Nasrallah “was not just another terrorist, he was the terrorist,” and that he was “the main engine of Iran’s axis of evil.”
