Canada’s finance minister François-Philippe Champagne has announced his country’s retaliation to U.S. tariffs at 11 a.m.
Last week, negotiations between Canada and the Trump administration broke down in the final hour before President Donald Trump’s deadline. As a result, 50% tariffs on $20 billion in Canadian goods began on Saturday.
