The driving force in today’s Democratic Party is an extreme organization. It’s called the Democratic Socialists of America. Its membership is growing. Its radical candidates are winning. Its left-wing vision is spreading into the U.S. Senate.
The Democratic nominee for Senate in Minnesota, Peggy Flanagan, made her radical views well known on the campaign trail. She often claimed that Immigration and Customs Enforcement is evil. In her victory speech, Flanagan even vowed to “rip ICE apart.”

The Democratic nominee for Senate in Michigan, Abdul el Sayed, also calls for abolishing ICE and opening our borders. He has called for defunding the police. He has demanded the release of dangerous criminals from our jails into our communities.

Both el Sayed and Flanagan want to take away private health insurance from working families. They want to raise taxes on waiters, firefighters, autoworkers, and seniors. They want to eliminate the Second Amendment, usurping Americans’ right to defend ourselves. These radical views do not belong in the Senate.
El Sayed campaigns with a radical activist who blames America for the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11. We all know this was the worst terrorist attack on our country in American history.
The press asked el Sayed about his friend’s anti-American comments. He defended them. El Sayed said, “I’m not here to disavow people’s views.”
From the Midwest to deep blue cities, Democrats all across the country are running on radical views like these. Democrats today are radical, extreme, dangerous, and scary.
Extreme Democrats have a manifesto. This manifesto is a road map to destroy America by people who hate this country. Under the extreme Democratic manifesto, the people would be forced to pay more, earn less, and be less safe and secure.
Extreme Democrats want to abolish the presidency. They want to abolish the Supreme Court. They want to abolish the Electoral College.
Extreme Democrats want to abolish the Senate. The Senate is what gives representation to states with low populations, including my home state of Wyoming. Democrats want to erase the voice of the people we represent. Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) recently said it’s “really problematic” for Wyoming to have equal representation in the Senate.
Democrats want to abolish prisons and defund the police. They want to eliminate ICE. They want to go back to the dangerous Biden era when 10 million illegal immigrants flooded into this country.
The Democratic manifesto would give amnesty to every single illegal immigrant in our country. It also calls for giving illegal immigrants the right to vote in our elections, diluting the voice of every single citizen.
One of the Democratic nominees for Congress has boasted and posted the fact that when her hands were dirty, she wiped them on the American flag. That’s their agenda.
In Washington, D.C., these radical policies are finding an eager home among Senate Democrats. After socialists swept Democratic primaries across the country this summer, one sitting Democratic senator said we are seeing “the future of the Democrat Party.”
That is why Senate Democrats voted repeatedly for defunding ICE, for defunding the U.S. Border Patrol, and against commonsense voter ID laws.
From the campaign trail to Congress, the left wing is determined to tear down our country and tear up the Constitution.
The people reject the Democrats’ radical policies. They demand and deserve better.
