We are less than three months from the midterm elections, and for all the billions of dollars that will be spent convincing Americans otherwise, the choice facing voters is remarkably straightforward.
Do Americans want government guided by common sense? Or by crazy, woke ideas that have endlessly proven to make our lives worse? If they prefer the former, they can let Republicans continue driving American prosperity. If they prefer the latter, they can give Democrats the wheel.

The individual issues may change: crime, immigration, abortion, elections, education. But the throughline remains remarkably consistent. Vile ideas that would have once been confined to the lunatic fringe a decade ago have found eager champions in today’s Democratic Party.
As one example, look at Michigan.
Abdul el Sayed, the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate, proudly campaigned alongside left-wing internet commentator Hasan Piker. Piker is notorious for his anti-American rhetoric, including his infamous 2019 declaration that “America deserved 9/11.” Piker also praises America’s most ardent enemies, claiming Chinese Communist dictator Mao Zedong was a “great leader” and dressing in his trademark suit.
But el Sayed doesn’t need Piker to prove he’s incapable of representing the American people. His support for socialist healthcare, defunding the police, and abolishing Immigration and Customs Enforcement is proof enough of his crazy ideology.
Massachusetts offers even more examples of Democrats’ total inability to sanely govern.
Late last month, the Democratic-controlled state House voted 119-33 to pass the Prioritizing Patient Access to Care Act — the legislation eliminates limits on abortion and instead allows physicians to kill a baby up to the moment of birth.
Sickening videos of Gov. Maura Healey (D-MA) flanked by pro-abortion activists cheering this moral travesty quickly made their way around the web, highlighting just how out of step Democrats are with the American people.
And when they aren’t trying to murder the unborn or praising communist dictators, Democrats and their socialist allies are trying to remake the country to fit their twisted views.
In a viral interview on Fox News, Democratic Socialists of America co-chair Megan Romer confirmed that her group wants a laundry list of leftist policies enacted, including abolishing the Senate, presidency, and Supreme Court, eliminating borders and prisons, and enacting mass amnesty for illegal aliens.
The DSA touts New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) as members, alongside several Democratic candidates for federal office.
A sane political party would treat demands to abolish borders, prisons, and the presidency as disqualifying. Today’s Democratic Party instead elects them to the mayoralty of the nation’s largest city and sends them to Washington.
But perhaps nothing beats Minnesota as proof positive that Democrats are quite simply nuts.
In June, the Minnesota Board of Pardons, including Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) and Attorney General Keith Ellison, unanimously granted clemency to Tou Lue Vang, an illegal immigrant who pleaded guilty in 2005 to sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl. They pardoned this disgusting child predator to protect him from a deportation order by the Trump administration.
In Minnesota, the difference between common sense and crazy is readily apparent. Republicans want to ensure child rapists face the full penalty of law and are removed from the country. Democrats want to ensure they can prowl the streets for more victims.
And to think, had Kamala Harris won the presidency in 2024, Walz would have been a heartbeat away from the most powerful position on Earth.
Speaking of Harris, she’s crazy, too. In a recent video posted to social media, Harris claimed we need to “revisit the Electoral College” and pack the Supreme Court to ensure Democrats would never lose again.
As the old saying goes: When someone tells you who they are, believe them. When Democrats campaign alongside anti-American wackos, support unlimited abortion, and fight tooth and nail to defend illegal aliens convicted of the most heinous crimes, the public should take them at their word.

In November, voters will decide who they want to lead them into the future. Will they continue to embrace the common-sense approach from Republicans and the Trump administration, or will they hand over the keys to the loony leftists in the Democratic Party?
For the sake of the country, one can only hope common sense prevails.
