European Union spokesman Anouar el Anouni recently demanded that the United States lift its visa ban on Palestinian Authority Dictator Mahmoud Abbas and allow him to address the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). As usual, this is just another empty gesture of European virtue-signaling, considering that Abbas will bypass the restriction and spew his propaganda via Zoom anyway, thanks to a shameful 152–3 United Nations vote that handed him the digital floor.

Yet perplexingly, the very U.S. State Department that rightly barred that terrorism-funding, crystal-jaw, decrepit autocrat simultaneously rolled out the red carpet for Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian amid an active proxy war. By letting a European bureaucrat wave the 1947 Headquarters Agreement like a leash and confusing the public with a duplicitous narrative around the Mullah’s bloody regime, Washington has surrendered its sovereignty — allowing Turtle Bay to weaponize American soil for Western self-flagellation.
