Omar Khadr killed an American soldier, but Canada just gave him $8 million

In 2002, Omar Khadr was 15 years old and was fighting with al- Qaeda in Afghanistan. During his terror vacation, Khadr killed Sgt. Christopher Speer of the U.S. Army.

On Friday, the Canadian government gave Khadr $8 million USD.
