President Obama highlighted heavy-duty American trucks as a source for pollution in America, highlighting his executive order to improve fuel efficiency for the vehicles.

Obama pointed out that heavy trucks accounted for 4 percent of vehicles on the highway, but were responsible for 20 percent of carbon pollution and fuel consumption in the transportation sector.
