Today’ss bright bulb: Wet Christmas
Members of Loyola Blakefield’s swimming and water polo teams put their Christmas break to good use. Since 1997 the teams have raised money for different causes by swimming 100-mile relays. This year nearly 30 members of the team raised money for the Breast Cancer Program at Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center in honor of teammate Ken Vinyard’s mother, Suzanne, who died of breast cancer in August. Talk about Christmas spirit.
