Former Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean crowed at the news that Obamacare reached 7.1 million signups on healthcare.gov, pointing out that this was the beginning of a big turnaround for Democrats’ political prospects.

“I actually predicted this would happen,” Dean said proudly. “And by June, this will be a positive for Democrats.”
