Whose ship is sinking?

Sinking ship: Congress.

Democrats turned off the lights, unplugged the mikes and adjourned for the annual August recess, leaving about 20 Republicans on the House floor holding a one-sided debate on energy — in the dark. Which turns out to be a perfect metaphor for a Congress that refuses to allow Americans to use their own vast untapped domestic oil reserves.
