MSNBC’s Joy Reid claimed this week that Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch sits on a seat “stolen” by Republicans following the death of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Except that Gorsuch was confirmed to the court in 2017 and served with Ginsburg, who did not die until 2020.
