A partisan tweet by Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., was deleted from his Twitter account just seconds after it went live.

“Just a matter of time: waiting for the @VA_GOP to claim this winter storm was caused by The Affordable Care Act,” read a tweet on his account, accompanied by the hashtag “Snowbamacare.”
