WHO: The people of Maryland and Washington, D.C.

WHAT: It seems that our usually reasonable citizens have completely lost their heads over the fact that Barack Obama and family have come to town. Restaurants, churches, community groups and ordinary citizens are all competing to get just a few moments of Obama time.
