Nikki Haley likes to show that she is an assertive politician. She gained favor with many voters because she wasn’t afraid to voice her opinions and give terse and snarky responses during the recent GOP debates. Haley’s supporters have said such tactics show that she is a “fighter” and won’t back down on political topics. However, as the saying goes, “actions speak louder than words,” and Haley’s actions don’t reinforce her wannabe tough, fighter persona.
