Apparently, Mick Mulvaney serves as the director of the Office of Management and Burns. To celebrate the birthday of fellow Republican and former House colleague, Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., Mulvaney belittled the congressman’s looks. And it was hilarious.
“Mick won’t even fund Meals on Wheels,” @TGowdySC tells me. “He surely isn’t going to pay for someone else’s haircut.” #DropsMic https://t.co/8kOtrxsmPL

That’s not bad material coming from a four-eyed budget wonk like Mulvaney.
Responsible journalism demands a thorough fact check, though. While an unshaven Gowdy looks like a cross between a Civil War general and the burnt-out lead singer of a boy band, the South Carolina conservative is 53, not 60.
The Washington Examiner’s unofficial fact-checker rates this burn “mostly true.”
