Ketanji Brown Jackson nomination is racial discrimination in action

Barring some unforeseen circumstances, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson will be confirmed to the Supreme Court bench to replace retiring Justice Stephen Breyer. President Joe Biden, in confirming her, will have fulfilled a campaign promise to appoint a black woman to the Supreme Court.

Outside a presidential appointment, such a hire would be a violation of the law.
