All Laken Riley wanted to do was go for a jog on Feb. 22 on her college campus. The nursing student thought she would be returning safe and sound to her college apartment after a brief run. However, Jose Antonio Ibarra, an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, had other ideas. Laken Riley’s death was the direct result of the Biden administration’s systemic failure to achieve border security. And, given that Democrats established a precedent of honoring those who they believed died due to systemic failures, we should all be asking one question: When is “Laken Riley’s Life Matters Plaza” going up in Washington, D.C.?

Biden and the Democrats did everything possible to invite millions of illegal immigrants into the country — many of whom have criminal records. They deliberately failed to protect Americans like Laken Riley because they prioritized pushing extremist political agendas. Laken Riley’s life doesn’t matter to President Joe Biden or any Democrat. They would rather ignore her life altogether. Acknowledging that her life mattered — and her unnecessary and preventable murder — means they would have to admit their failures in protecting Americans, and that is something they do not have the integrity to do.
