Every single American has been attacked by foreign cyberhackers, according Rep. Frank Wolf, R-Va., who has worked on the issue since Chinese government hackers targeted his office in 2006.

“There are two kinds of people in America today: those who have experienced a foreign cyberattack and know it, and those who have experienced a foreign cyberattack and don’t know it,” Wolf said while highlighting the cyber security provisions in the recent omnibus spending bill.
