‘I would suggest that the website never crashed,’ says Kathleen Sebelius

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius explained during her testimony to Congress on Wednesday morning that the Healthcare.gov website had never crashed.

Sebelius admitted that the HHS was anxious to get the site launched in time for the Oct. 1 deadline.
