A bit shocking to read this, by Eric Deggans, regarding the plight of newspapers and the possible need for a government bailout:
If the industry waits until the model is in serious peril before seriously considering federal help, will it be making the same mistake it made with the Internet?
Wow. So the government bailout is the next big thing, the way the Internet was back in the 1990s?
