House Republicans have put together a video mocking the online chat function on healthcare.gov using an actual transcript of a website user.
The customer service representative tells the potential customer not to “lose your sanity over this website,” to “imagine you are stuck in this site’s rush hour traffic,” and “don’t run with sissors [sic].”
