Obama’s ‘receding’ war is delusional, Gingrich says

Published

“The tide of war is not receding,” Gingrich will say, according to his prepared remarks for the dinner, which is sponsored by the Maryland Republican Party. “It is a delusion to suggest to the American people that the world is getting safer.”
