AFL-CIO top lobbyist William Samuel sent a letter to senators today urging them to vote in favor of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act.

The ENDA proposal would make it a civil rights offense to fire or otherwise discriminate against a person based on their “actual or perceived” sexual orientation or gender identity.
