It’s not official, but Karl Rove announced on Fox News that according to a confirmed RNC source, Mitt Romney has won the Iowa caucus by 14 votes. News anchor Brett Bair later announced that a second source had confirmed the tally, but the network hadn’t received the official tally from the Iowa GOP.
