Romney projected to win Arizona

Mitt Romney has been projected to win the Arizona primary, the Associated Press reports.

While a loss in Romney’s childhood home of Michigan (which is still too close to call) would become bigger news, Arizona is a winner take all state, so he’ll take all 29 delegates. Whoever wins Michigan will have to share delegates on a proportional basis divided by congressional district.

So whatever happens at Michigan at this point, Romney will have a solid night from a delegate perspective.
