Massachusetts’s moderate GOP Sen. Scott Brown announced Tuesday he will not support an effort by Republicans to strip funding for Planned Parenthood from this year’s budget.

Brown said the GOP efforts to de-fund the organization “goes too far,” even though he backs budget cuts.
