Hill wants Libya deal, or else

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has essentially declared that ongoing military operations in Libya are nothing for Congress to worry its pretty little head about.

Sen. John Kerry, D-MA, said the Senate might not bother to vote on either of two competing Libyan resolutions. And in his confirmation hearing, the man who would be Defense Secretary, Leon Panetta told senators: Don’t worry; be happy; Gaddafi will eventually step down.
