One of the contractors responsible for construction of Healthcare.gov told Congress that “it would not be difficult” to give more accurate health care premium estimates, as opposed to the current estimates that represent the lowest possible figure.

“It would not be difficult to add date of birth,” CGI Federal vice president Cheryl Campbell told the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
