Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and former mob boss James “Whitey” Bulger will be at the same federal courthouse in South Boston, a court official has confirmed.

Tsarnaev is scheduled to make his first court appearance since his April 19 capture on boat in the backyard of a Watertown, Mass., resident. He faces 30 charges for his alleged role in the April 15 Boston Marathon bombing, including using a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death. Seventeen of the charges could result in a death sentence.
