While the political jousting over the debt limit increase continues, the dirty little secret is that the dueling plans released today by House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., aren’t all that different, and it isn’t hard to see how they could bridge their remaining disagreements.
