McConnell will vote against Kagan confirmation

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said Friday he will vote against confirming Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan, saying he fears she will not be able to act as an impartial justice, given her role as a Democratic operative and advocate for liberal policies.
