Obama: I’m a ‘congenital optimist’

President Obama explained that he was “actually optimistic” immigration reform could get done.

“I am actually optimistic that we’re going to get this done,” he said during a Wall Street Journal CEO council meeting on Tuesday, without giving specifics on a political strategy.
