Mourdock pulls ahead of Lugar in Indiana

State Treasurer Richard Mourdock has pulled ahead of incumbent Sen. Richard Lugar in the Indiana Republican primary, according to a new McLaughlin & Associates poll. The poll, conducted April 16th-17th, shows likely Republican Primary voters prefer Mourdock 42 percent to 41 percent. An earlier March 26th-28th Howey/DePauw poll had Lugar up seven, 42 to 35.
