Final tally: Romney wins Iowa Caucuses by 8 votes

It’s official. Matt Strawn, the Iowa GOP chair has announced that Mitt Romney has won the Iowa caucuses by 8 votes.

Mitt Romney received 30,015 votes and Rick Santorum received 30,007 votes.
