Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., who up until this point in her presidential candidacy has focused her health care message on repealing President Obama’s national health care law, plans to release a plan of her own shortly.

“We plan to unveil a formal health care plan in the coming weeks,” Bachmann spokeswoman Alice Stewart wrote in an email.
