In case you thought Democrats would back down from their transgender authoritarianism, Colorado Democrats are looking to make “misgendering” illegal and make transitioning children a sticking point in child custody battles.

Four Colorado Democrats have introduced a bill called the Kelly Loving Act. The bill would make it so that any parent in a child custody battle who does not support his or her son becoming a girl or daughter becoming a boy could lose custody based only on that fact. “Deadnaming,” “misgendering,” or even wanting to release details of what doctors are doing to transition the child would be considered “types of coercive control” over that child.
