Up all night: Obama calls another Afghan session

Nine times? Nine times, Mrs. Bueller.

President Obama has added to his schedule for tonight what could be the last meeting with his war council before announcing what he’ll do with Afghanistan. For those keeping track at home, it’s the ninth time in recent months the group has convened to hash over proposals, scenarios and strategies for the war-strafed (we love that term and overuse it constantly) nation.
