Newsom and California Democrats are weak on gun crimes

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) and California Democrats are not and have never been serious about gun control. A simple look at California‘s criminal justice policies proves it.

The man accused of firing a gun into the offices of ABC10 in Sacramento was released on bail the same day. Anibal Hernandez-Santana was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, shooting into an occupied building, and negligent discharge of a firearm. His lawyer essentially confirmed that the social media accounts matching Hernandez-Santana’s name were his, showing extreme left-wing rhetoric and celebratory posts about Charlie Kirk‘s assassination.
