Supreme Court Justice Scalia’s broccoli arguement doesn’t exactly square with the team at MSNBC. Here’s a highlight reel of their reaction to the arguement after the Supreme Court finished their hearings yesterday.

Al Sharpton in particular, blasted the argument as entirely irrelevent. “Folks, healthcare is not broccoli or cell phones or the gym, it’s a fundamental right of every American and our government has the power to protect that right.”
