As expected, Jon Stewart of the Daily Show mocked Vice President Biden for falling asleep during Obama’s speech on the national debt. “Hey Rip-van-Biden . . you’re the Vice-President,” Stewart hollered, “At least have the decency to paint some pupils on your eyelids!”
