Iran is moving full speed ahead with its nuclear program while the rest of the world is preoccupied with events unfolding in North Africa and other Muslim nations, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Monday.

Netanyahu, who spoke to European Union ambassadors Monday,  said Israel will act to protect its citizens against growing threats.  Reports out of the region display Israel’s increased concern with Iran and the recent attacks from Hamas in the region.
