Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., believes that the 2016 Democratic nominee has a good chance to win because President Obama’s campaign team has been compiling a database about the American people containing “information about everything on every individual on ways that it’s never been done before.”

“The president has put in place an organization that contains the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life,” Waters said during an interview with Roland Martinlast week, referring to Organizing for Action’s research. “That database will have information about everything on every individual on ways that it’s never been done before and whoever runs for President on the Democratic ticket has to deal with that.”
