Republican Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens is attacking alleged “fake news” coverage of various accusations against him as part of a $185,000 television ad campaign timed to coincide with a Missouri state lawmaker vote regarding his impeachment.

“Court documents prove the fake news paid thousands for allegations against Greitens, a liberal St. Louis prosecutor funded by George Soros pressed charges and Democrat leadership orchestrated the false attacks,” the narrator in an ad posted on Greitens’ Facebook page Tuesday says.
