A Northwest Washington restaurant is auctioning off its staff Tuesday night to share the Valentine’s love with a local middle school.
The proceeds from the “Occupy Valentine’s Day Happy Hour” at Local 16 on U Street will benefit the Shaw Middle School Music Fund, which recently was hit by budget cuts.
Kicking off at 5 p.m., the event will culminate with “Local 16’s Finest being auctioned off at 8 p.m. for your pleasure. Local 16 will host a dinner for you and your newly purchased arm candy!”
Shaw Middle School is located at 10th and U streets Northwest.
