Va. State Police ramp up interstate enforcement

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Virginia State Police are stepping up enforcement on interstate highways as college students return to campus.

According to the state police, troopers will saturate Interstates 81, 95 and 64 Saturday as part of the “Operation Air, Land and Speed” traffic enforcement campaign.
