RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Virginia regulators have approved a request from Appalachian Power to increase the amount it charges its customers for its electric transmission costs.
The Virginia State Corporation Commission said Thursday it has approved the utility’s request to recover $48.6 million in increased costs.
