HAPPY CAMP, Calif. (AP) — A wildfire in Northern California near the Oregon border has been burning for more than three weeks and has grown to more than 100 square miles, but it has yet to do damage to homes or buildings.
Evacuation orders are in effect Wednesday for some 250 homes and as many as 750 homes are threatened by the blaze overall, but residents appear to have dodged damage for another day.
