December Supplemental Security Income payments, worth up to $967, will be issued to recipients in nine days.
SSI payments are typically issued on the first day of the month, as is the case with December’s payment. If a payment falls on either a weekend or a holiday, however, SSI payments are issued on the last weekday of the month.
