Obama: Still time to ‘de-escalate’ Ukraine crisis

President Obama on Tuesday night said there was still time to “de-escalate” the standoff in Ukraine, where Russian military forces have taken control of the Crimean peninsula.

“The Russians are engaging in a fundamental breach of international law,” said Obama about the military intervention, in remarks to guests at a fundraiser in Virginia.
